With the help of the D&B D-U-N-S® Number the D&B monitors global property links of local and multinational firms worldwide. The Number´s function is also to maintain the clients´ business partners data in their own databases updated.

The Turkish Airlines entered the Star Alliance on April 1st, 2008. Their goal is to keep on consolidating the already accomplished position of a respected and a dynamic airline and the transformation of Istanbul to an important junction of air transport as well.
The entire Turkish Airlines fleet is equipped with the TCAS system (Traffic alert and Collision Avoidance System). During a control audit in 2007 the level of the Turkish Airlines flight safety reached 99,6%. The domain of the company is their time punctuality and last but not least the luggage transport reliability.
Thanks to purchasing 59 new aircrafts in 2006 the Turkish Airlines have become the company with one of the youngest fleet as the average age of a Turkish Airlines aircraft is 7,3 years.
